Business Unit Head - Medical Devices

Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Business Head to lead the overall business operations of a high-end medical equipment and robotic surgery solutions company. The incumbent will be responsible for driving strategic growth, expanding market presence, building strong hospital partnerships, and ensuring profitable business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for the P&L and financial performance of the Company

- Define and execute the company's overall business strategy and growth roadmap.

- Drive revenue growth and expand market share in the medical devices and other products and services that the company may enter into.

- Build strategic relationships with hospitals, healthcare institutions, and key stakeholders.

- Oversee sales, marketing, operations, and distribution functions.

- Lead expansion into new markets and develop strategic partnerships with global medical technology companies.

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.

- Manage and Mentor a high-performing team.

Requirements :

- 18-25 years of experience in healthcare, medical devices, or capital medical equipment.

- Strong leadership experience in managing large business operations.

- Proven track record in driving revenue growth and market expansion.

- Experience working with hospitals and healthcare networks.

- MBA or equivalent management qualification preferred.

Work Location :

- Bangalore | Remote

- Will entail extensive traveling
