Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & P&L Leadership
- Own and drive full P&L responsibility for the business.
- Define and execute short- and long-term business strategies aligned with growth, profitability, and market expansion goals.
- Ensure tight financial discipline, cost optimization, and margin improvement across the value chain.
Sales, Marketing & Business Development:
- Lead Sales, Marketing, and Business Development strategies across B2B and B2C models.
- Maintain strong, senior-level relationships with all major two-wheeler OEMs and key aftermarket stakeholders.
- Drive aggressive market penetration, pricing strategy, and competitive positioning.
- Strengthen market control and expand share in OEM and replacement markets.
Operations & Manufacturing Oversight:
- Provide leadership oversight to Manufacturing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Drive capacity planning, productivity improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Ensure seamless coordination between production, SCM, and commercial teams to meet market demand.
Leadership & Governance:
- Lead and mentor senior leadership teams across functions.
- Build a performance-driven, accountable culture with strong execution discipline.
- Act as the face of the business in key customer, partner, and industry engagements.
