Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall sales operations across India, focusing on Direct sales (40- 50%) and dealer distribution network.
- Drive business expansion by developing new regions, networks, and customer bases from the ground up.
- Achieve national sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth and positive cash flow.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and channel development plans to achieve business goals.
- Must have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in National Sales leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Clinical, Customer Service, Supply Chain, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
- Establish robust sales planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring processes.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, including guiding members.
- Represent the sales function in internal reviews and ensure full compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Management or a related discipline).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Sales and Distribution within the Medical Technology or related industry.
- Proven track record of building and scaling business operations across India.
- Strong leadership and team development skills, with experience managing large and geographically diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and relationship management abilities.
- Demonstrated success in driving both direct and indirect sales growth.
