Business Transformation & Growth Leader - IIM/ISB/XLRI

About the Opportunity:

Our client is looking to appoint a high-calibre Business Leader to work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team in driving the organisation's next phase of growth, transformation and value creation.

This is a high-impact leadership mandate for someone who combines top-tier strategic thinking with proven operating experience at scale.

The ideal candidate will have experience with a Tier-1 strategy consulting firm such as McKinsey, BCG or Bain, followed by significant leadership experience in a high-growth, scaled business, with ownership of large businesses, P&Ls and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with the CEO on enterprise strategy, growth and transformation.

- Translate strategic priorities into execution plans and measurable business outcomes.

- Identify and drive new growth opportunities across businesses, channels and markets.

- Own / influence large P&Ls, with a strong focus on revenue, margins and profitability.

- Lead large-scale business transformation and operating-model initiatives.

- Drive productivity, cost optimisation and organisational effectiveness.

- Work across business, sales, marketing, operations, supply chain, technology and finance.

- Evaluate new businesses, adjacencies, partnerships and strategic opportunities.

- Drive strong business-review and performance-management mechanisms.

- Support capital allocation and prioritisation of strategic investments.

- Partner with business leaders to improve execution velocity and accountability.

- Work closely with the CEO and Board on critical strategic and business decisions.

- Build and lead high-performing leadership teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are specifically looking for exceptional Tier-1 talent with a career trajectory combining:

- Top-Tier Consulting - Scaled / High-Growth Business - Large P&L / Business Leadership - Enterprise-Level Leadership.

Must Have:

- 15-22+ years of overall experience.

- Experience with McKinsey / BCG / Bain or an equivalent Tier-1 strategy consulting firm.

- Significant post-consulting operating experience.

- Experience in a scaled startup, consumer, retail, digital or technology-led business.
