Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze functional and non-functional requirements
- Translate complex healthcare business processes into clear specifications, user stories, and workflows
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities in current systems and processes
System & Process Documentation:
- Prepare detailed functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and data models
- Ensure all documentation aligns with healthcare standards, compliance, and regulations
- Support system design discussions with technical teams to ensure feasibility and scalability
Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the liaison between business units, IT teams, and third-party vendors
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement validation sessions
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity
Testing & Validation:
- Develop test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria for system enhancements
- Support QA teams during system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Validate system functionality and ensure data integrity and compliance
Reporting & Process Improvement:
- Generate reports, dashboards, and analytics to support operational decision-making
- Recommend process improvements and system optimizations
- Support integration, migration, and interoperability initiatives within healthcare systems
