Business Systems Analyst - Banking/Financial Services Domain

3-5 years as a BSA in banking/financial services, business process modeling, requirements gathering, SQL, AWS data services (Redshift, Glue, S3, Athena, Lambda), ETL, Agile, JIRA/Confluence/Azure DevOps, strong communication and analytical skills.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: MUST HAVE

- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in banking or financial services environments

- Strong understanding of business process modelling, requirements gathering, and documentation

- Proven experience in translating business needs into functional and non-functional requirements

- Proficient in writing and reviewing SQL queries for data validation and analysis

-Experience working with AWS data services such as Redshift, Glue, S3, Athena, and Lambda

- Familiarity with ETL pipelines, data lakes, and cloud-based data warehousing solutions

- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, developers, and business stakeholders

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently or in a team
