Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with strong expertise in Tableau to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.

The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into insightful dashboards and reports, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.

- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.

- Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports for various business functions.

- Perform data analysis to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities.

- Collaborate with data engineers and BI teams to ensure accurate data models and sources.

- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across reporting solutions.

- Support UAT, production deployments, and post-implementation enhancements.

- Create documentation, training materials, and conduct user training sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst.

- Hands-on expertise in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud.

- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.

- Experience working with data warehouses and large datasets.

- Solid understanding of business processes, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.

- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Good to Have:

- Experience with Power BI / Looker (secondary BI tools).

- Knowledge of ETL processes and data modeling concepts.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience in domains such as Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, or Operations.

Education;

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
