Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Business System Analyst with deep expertise in data warehousing and exceptional stakeholder management skills.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring clear communication and effective coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.

- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.

- Work closely with data engineering and BI teams to support data warehouse initiatives.

- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and walkthroughs to ensure alignment between business and technical teams.

- Develop and maintain process flows, use cases, and requirement traceability matrices.

- Support testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business expectations.

- Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 9+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst or similar role.

- Strong background in data warehousing, including understanding of ETL processes and dimensional modeling.

- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

- Strong communication and coordination abilities across cross-functional teams.

- Proven experience in converting business requirements into technical documentation.

- Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools.

- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments
