Business Strategy Manager

The client is a German Group and one of the largest in CRM solutions and has a presence all across the globe. The role is for Gurgaon and reporting is to CEO. This is a business strategy role we want someone who can manage strategy aspect of the business.

Should be an MBA from top notch B school

The role will involve:

- To assist the CEO in business planning, target/objective setting and gathering market intelligence

- Preparing reports

- Work on special projects

- Experience in business process engineering (BPR) would be an added advantage

- Experience in excel, modeling, number crunching, problem-solving, documents, presentation

- Shall be working closely with leadership team across the functions and responsible for tracking performance

Requirements :

- MBA with 4-8 years of experience in a strategic role

- Should have excellent excel, word and Presentation skills

- Good team working skills and co-ordination skills
