Business Strategy & Growth Lead - Founder's Office - Retail

About the role:

Our client is a fast-growing company, looking to hire a strategic professional to work closely with the founders and investors on business growth and key strategic initiatives.

This is a high-impact growth role for someone who can identify opportunities, build growth plans, and drive GTM projects from strategy to execution. You will work closely with founders and business teams to drive key priorities and support business growth.

The role demands strong command over business strategy, growth planning, market analysis and stakeholder management. You will also work on investor engagement, business reviews and strategic presentations, with high exposure to senior leadership.

Ideal Candidate:

- 4 - 8 years in Strategy, Founder's Office, Management Consulting, Business Growth or similar roles.

- Experience driving GTM or growth initiatives.

- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.

- Experience working with founders, senior leadership and/or investors.

- Ability to identify opportunities and turn them into actionable plans.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

Location: Bengaluru

Mode: On-site, 5 days a week.
