Description:
- Develop and implement the sales strategy for international supply chain finance and cross-border trade finance solutions.
- Drive acquisition of corporate clients, exporters, importers, and strategic channel partners across geographies.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand presence in global trade finance.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with CXOs, treasury heads, and senior finance stakeholders.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing, multi-regional sales organization.
- Define performance metrics, targets, and incentive structures aligned with overall business objectives.
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and results within the sales function.
- Collaborate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions to design and execute joint go-to-market strategies.
- Work closely with product and partnership teams to design customized and scalable financing solutions.
- Lead institutional partnerships and strategic alliances to drive sustainable growth.
- Own the P&L for the sales function, ensuring achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
- Leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making, improve conversion, and optimize sales performance.
- Represent the organization at industry forums, trade events, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and market positioning.
