Role Overview:
Lead the Freight Forwarding & Logistics business for West India with full P&L ownership. Drive growth across Air, Ocean, and Multimodal services through business expansion, key account management, and strong global partnerships. Build and scale the regional Sales & Operations team to deliver sustainable performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and business development across international freight and cross-border logistics.
- Achieve revenue, volume, and margin targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Acquire and manage enterprise and multinational clients; lead RFQs and commercial negotiations.
- Strengthen trade lanes through collaboration with global partners and internal operations.
- Build and develop a high-performing regional sales team and ensure service excellence.
- Track market trends, customer insights, and competitor actions for informed decision-making.
Candidate Profile:
- 12-20 years' experience in International Freight Forwarding / Global Logistics with leadership & P&L ownership.
- Strong track record in enterprise sales, solution selling, and key account management.
- Excellent negotiation, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate; MBA preferred.
Preferred Age: 40-45 years.
