Ltd. - an Indian manufacturing company incorporated in 2015.They design and manufacture products that shape how people work today and how workplaces will function tomorrow. Our focus goes beyond furniture: they think in terms of workplace experience, wellbeing, and long-term usability.Minister combines European-inspired design thinking, engineering discipline, and a growing technology roadmap to build workspaces that are intelligent, ergonomic, and human-centric.


They are seeking an experienced and well-networked Business Relationship Manager with a strong Bangalore/Hyderabad- and separately Mumbai/Pune market- presence in the office furniture industry who can immediately build and convert strong relationships with architects, design consultants, and design & build companies into sustained revenue pipelines.


The role demands a mix of technical knowledge, presentation skills, and long-term relationship management to position Minister as a trusted design led workplace solutions brand while driving specification-to-order conversion.


This role owns partnership-driven revenue for the region, from early stage design influence through to project closure.


Key Responsibilities:

- Own and achieve regional revenue targets through architect, PMC, and D&B-led projects.


- Develop and strengthen relationships with channel partners

- Introduce Minister's product portfolio and highlight design and solutions advantages.


- Conduct presentations, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions with partner firms.

- Track project pipelines, conversion ratios, and revenue probability across stages


- Support partners with technical data, layouts, and proposal alignment.

- Ensure Minister is specified, retained, and converted into final orders.


- Coordinate closely with the Design & Bid Specialist for drawings and proposals.

- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and revenue reporting in CRM.


- Represent Minister at industry events, networking sessions, and exhibitions.

- Achieve and exceed defined revenue and margin targets for the region


Qualifications & Skills:

- B.Tech / MBA preferred.


- Minimum 7 years of B2B sales/partnership experience with leading brands in the office furniture industry

- Strong network among architects and D&B companies in the region


- Demonstrated ability to convert specifications and relationships into closed revenue


- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Strong technical knowledge of workspace products and ability to engage consultants confidently.


- Willingness to travel locally and regionally.
