Job Title : Business Process Modeler (BPM)


Experience : 5- 8 Years


Location : Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore


Work Mode : Full-time (4 Days Work from Office + 1 Day Remote)


Shift Timing : UK Shift (12:30 PM 9:30 PM)


Company : Fortune 500 Product-Based Organization


Role Overview :


We are looking for a skilled Business Process Modeler to design, analyze, and optimize business processes across functions. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to create standardized process models, ensure compliance with BPMN 2.0 standards, and support process transformation initiatives.


Key Responsibilities :


- Develop end-to-end business process models using BPMN 2.0 standards


- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document process requirements


- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvement


- Create current state (As-Is) and future state (To-Be) process maps


- Ensure process standardization and alignment with organizational goals


- Facilitate workshops and discussions to validate process flows and requirements


- Maintain and update process documentation and repositories


- Work closely with transformation and automation teams to support process improvement initiatives


- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality of process models across projects


- Support governance frameworks for process modeling and documentation


- Assist in implementing best practices for process excellence and continuous improvement


Required Skills & Competencies :


- Strong experience in Business Process Modeling and Process Mapping


- Hands-on expertise in BPMN 2.0 standards and modeling methodologies


- Proficiency in modeling tools such as ARIS, Signavio, MS Visio, or Lucidchart


- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail


- Ability to translate business requirements into structured process models


- Experience in process analysis, redesign, and optimization


- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills


- Ability to conduct workshops and facilitate cross-functional discussions


- Strong documentation and presentation skills


- Understanding of process governance and standardization practices


Preferred Qualifications :


- Experience working in product-based or large enterprise environments


- Exposure to process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma


- Familiarity with automation or digital transformation initiatives
