Business Process Architect - SAP CO Management Accounting

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in S/4HANA Controlling, supporting project kick-off and requirements gathering.

- Lead and guide the team to achieve performance goals.

- Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decision-making, and take ownership of team-level decisions.

- Conduct workshops and meetings to gather requirements and stakeholder feedback.

- Develop and maintain process documentation to promote clarity, consistency, and alignment across teams.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA CO, including Product Costing, Material Ledger, Margin Analysis, Multiple Valuation, and EBRR.

- Solid accounting and Controlling knowledge with hands-on experience in end-to-end Product Costing and Margin Analysis processes.

- Experience supporting project kick-off and requirements gathering activities.

- Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate business processes and identify improvement opportunities.

- Skilled in process mapping and creating clear, structured documentation.

- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Familiarity with project management methodologies to support timely and successful project delivery.
