Job Description:

We are looking for a senior transformation leader to own the organizations end-to-end business process transformation agenda and lead the successful implementation and adoption of SAP S/4HANA across global operations. This is a business transformation leadership role, not an IT/CIO role, with a strong focus on process excellence, operating model transformation, ERP-enabled business change, and value realization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and lead the organization-wide business process and ERP transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Lead the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation program across global operations, from strategy and process design through implementation, deployment, and stabilization.

- Own business process transformation across functions such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, and other core business areas.

- Assess existing processes, identify inefficiencies and gaps, and design standardized, scalable, and optimized future-state processes.

- Drive process harmonization and standardization across global business units, locations, and operating entities.

- Translate business requirements and transformation objectives into SAP-enabled solutions in partnership with SAP implementation and technology teams.

- Lead large-scale ERP transformation programs, ensuring effective governance, scope, timelines, business outcomes, and value realization.

- Work closely with business leaders and functional heads to secure alignment, ownership, and adoption of transformed processes.

- Establish transformation governance, program KPIs, milestones, decision-making mechanisms, and escalation frameworks.

- Drive organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption to ensure successful transition to new processes and systems.

- Challenge existing ways of working and identify opportunities for automation, digitization, simplification, and operational efficiency.

- Ensure integration of business process changes with the broader SAP S/4HANA roadmap and enterprise transformation initiatives.

- Manage system integrators, consulting partners, and other external stakeholders involved in transformation programs.

- Monitor transformation benefits, business performance improvements, process KPIs, and return on investment.

- Lead post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure sustained business value from the transformation.

- Build and lead a high-performing process transformation team and establish a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

- 15 - 24 years of experience in business process transformation, ERP transformation, business transformation, or process excellence, preferably within chemical manufacturing or a related manufacturing environment.

- Minimum 8 years of experience leading large-scale ERP transformation programs.

- Strong experience leading SAP S/4HANA implementations or major SAP transformation programs from a business/process perspective.

- Proven experience in end-to-end process transformation, process harmonization, operating model redesign, and ERP-enabled business transformation.

- Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, and related functions.

- Experience managing global, multi-location transformation programs with multiple business stakeholders.

- Strong experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, business adoption, and transformation governance.

- Ability to work effectively with business leadership, SAP/IT teams, system integrators, and consulting partners.

- Strong strategic thinking, program leadership, commercial acumen, problem-solving, and executive communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to translate transformation strategy into measurable business outcomes.
