Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, plan, and implement strategies to drive business growth across IT and Non-IT recruitment domains.

- Conduct comprehensive market research to analyze industry trends, competitor performance, and emerging opportunities.

- Identify potential sectors, clients, and partnerships that align with the companys expansion goals.

- Create detailed business plans and financial projections to support decision-making and long-term strategy formulation.

- Collaborate with management and business development teams to translate strategic objectives into executable plans and measurable results.

- Evaluate ongoing business performance and propose data-driven solutions to enhance productivity, profitability, and client acquisition.

- Prepare and present periodic reports on market insights, business opportunities, and performance outcomes.

- Monitor recruitment and staffing trends to ensure Prime Hire Inc remains competitive and aligned with market needs.

- Partner with cross-functional teamsincluding sales, delivery, and marketingto coordinate execution and maintain consistency across business initiatives.

- Support senior leadership in budget planning, forecasting, and strategic reviews to ensure business objectives are met effectively.

What Were Looking For:

- Strong knowledge of both IT and Non-IT recruitment industries, including market dynamics and client expectations.

- Experience in business planning, market analysis, or strategy development within recruitment, HR services, or related industries.
