About the Role:
Cloud Counselage Pvt. Ltd. is seeking Business Partners who can contribute to business growth, investor access, partnerships, revenue expansion, and ecosystem development. The role is designed for individuals who can bring relationships, commercial opportunities, and domain value while operating on a flexible part-time basis.
Engagement Type: Part-time (non-employee engagement), 4 hours per week.
Role Pathway: This role may begin as a Partner engagement and may serve as a contingency or transition pathway for future leadership. Best performers may become Co-Founders and Company Directors.
Responsibilities as a Partner:
1. Business Strategy & Operations (2 hours/week):
- Participate in formulating innovative Business Strategies.
- Conduct one domain-led workshop/webinar per week for Industry Academia Community (IAC) members.
- Review participant submissions and contributions from your domain during Q&A sessions, mentorship interactions, and evaluation-based discussions.
- Help identify high-potential interns from GPI to onboard as part of the team, or help identify high-potential participants from Ideathon and Hackathon for mentorship.
2. Business Development (2 hours/week):
- B2B (Learning, Branding & Hiring solutions) - Company Partnerships.
- Strategic investments - Dolphin Tank India (DTI).
- B2B2C - College Partnerships.
- B2C learning programs - Startup Entrepreneurship Program (SEP) and Global Professional Program (GPP).
- B2C - New Business Partners acquisition.
Compensation:
- Monthly fixed compensation INR 1,00,000 per month for mentorship and community contribution.
- Opportunity to earn more than INR 5,00,000 per month through incentives of realised business value.
- As part of the engagement, the company shall provide complimentary access to Startup Entrepreneurship Program (SEP) worth INR 18 Lakhs at no additional cost.
