Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Strategy.
- Supervise and mentor a team of analysts, providing guidance on technical development and career growth.
- Define and implement analytics strategies aligned with business goals.
- Prioritize and allocate resources across multiple projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Advanced Data Management & Analysis.
- Oversee the creation of interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and ThoughtSpot.
- Guide complex data mining and modeling efforts using SQL and Python to uncover actionable insights.
- Ensure rigorous data quality standards and drive continuous improvement in data processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication.
- Act as a liaison between analytics and business stakeholders, translating data insights into strategic recommendations.
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate findings to senior leadership and non-technical audiences.
Process Optimization & Automation.
- Lead initiatives to automate and streamline analytics workflows using Alteryx or similar tools.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance the analytics ecosystem.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
- 8 - 12 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise in Power BI, ThoughtSpot, and SQL.
- Experience with Alteryx or similar automation tools.
- Demonstrated success in driving strategic analytics initiatives and mentoring junior analysts.
