Business Operator (Execution)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business Operator who can drive execution across consulting projects and internal initiatives. This role is about structuring problems, delivering high-quality outputs, and supporting fundraising, strategy, and market intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own execution of consulting projects (fundraising, strategy, GTM)
- Build investor decks, business plans, and financial models
- Conduct research across sectors, markets, and emerging trends
- Translate complex ideas into clear, structured outputs (Communication is key)
- Coordinate across teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Support internal venture building with insights and analysis
Requirements:
- Engineering or analytical background preferred
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Experience in strategy, investment analysis, or consulting
- Strong research and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work across domains and learn quickly
- High ownership and reliability
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity
What this role is not?
- Not a strategy role. The deliverables are materials, market outreach and ultimately investor funding
- Not an analysis paralysis role. Its about getting information from multiple sources, and creating a picture
