
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and versatile Business Operations professional to work closely with the founding team on strategic, operational, and cross-functional initiatives. This role will involve problem-solving, project management, research, and supporting high-priority business decisions. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and wants a front-row seat to how a high-growth sustainability company is built.
What You'll Do
- Drive key strategic projects across functions such as operations, supply chain, business development, and product
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven assessments to support decision-making
- Build dashboards, KPIs, and internal reports to track performance and business health
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of projects
- Identify process bottlenecks and propose improvements across departments
- Manage special high-priority tasks and initiatives directly assigned by founders
- Manage follow-ups, action items, and drive accountability across projects
Who You Are
- B.Tech/B.E from top from top engineering colleges - IIT, NIT, IIIT, BITS, DTU, NSTU
- 2-4 years of experience in strategy, business operations in top tier consulting firms or high-growth startups
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset; highly proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and taking ownership of complex, multi-step tasks
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work under tight timelines
- A fast learner with strong business acumen and curiosity across functions
- Passionate about sustainability, innovation, and building scalable businesses
