About the Role:
The Business Manager to the CDIO will serve as the strategic and operational anchor for the CDIO office, driving PMO, Governance, execution tracking, business planning, leadership communication, and cross-functional coordination across IT, Digital, Security, Data & Analytics, Enterprise Applications, Infrastructure, and Transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Governance:
- Support the CDIO in tracking and driving execution of strategic IT and Digital transformation initiatives.
Business Planning & PMO Support:
- Maintain portfolio-level visibility of all IT, Digital, Security, Infrastructure, ERP, Data, and AI programmes.
Executive Communication:
- Develop presentations, board papers, leadership communications, and executive summaries.
- Prepare concise management briefs, MIS reports, KPI dashboards, and status updates.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a central coordination point between IT leadership, business functions, vendors, and corporate teams.
Financial & Performance Management:
- Assist in IT budgeting, forecasting, and expenditure tracking.
Digital & Transformation Initiatives:
- Support initiatives related to AI, Analytics, Automation, Cloud, Enterprise Applications, Cyber Security, and Digital Platforms.
