- 45 years of experience in the retail or garment industry, preferably in business development, sales, or brand management
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth, enhance brand partnerships, and implement strategic initiatives to expand market share and revenue.
- Develop and execute business plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Analyze market trends, sales data, and performance metrics to identify new opportunities for business expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, and supply chain) to improve overall business performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor retail performance, ensure brand consistency, and drive operational excellence.
- Prepare periodic reports and forecasts for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
