Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business growth and performance on platforms such as Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket Now, and other Q-commerce channels.
- Build and execute assortment, visibility, and content strategies customized for each platform.
- Plan and manage offers, and sampling initiatives to drive conversions and visibility.
- Optimize pricing, promotions, and pack sizes based on consumer insights and platform data.
- Collaborate with supply chain and warehouse teams for inventory planning, stock availability, and timely replenishment.
- Track and analyze sales, marketing ROI, and operational KPIs to reduce stockouts and improve sales velocity.
- Liaise with category and marketing managers from partner platforms to ensure maximum brand visibility and growth.
- Identify new opportunities for portfolio expansion and brand presence across emerging Q-commerce partners.
Requirements:
- Prior experience managing internal Q-commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, etc.) is preferred.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams.
