Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager specializing in Project Sales for Mumbai Location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling elevator, lift, building materials, or sports infrastructure project to large-scale projects. This role involves building relationships with top builders, architects, consultants, and contractors to drive project opportunities and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with top builders, institutions, architects, project management consultants, and contractors in the Mumbai region.

- Identify and pursue new project opportunities, influence specifications, and promote Sports Infra adoption.

- Engage with architects and developers to effectively position our technical solutions.

- Coordinate with internal operations and sales teams to support project conversions and ensure timely delivery.

- Work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment to meet sales objectives.

- Provide technical guidance and support during the project lifecycle, ensuring client needs are met.

- Stay updated on industry trends, project requirements, and competitor activities.

Candidate Profile:

- Must have prior experience working with top builders, institutions, architects, project management consultants, and contractors in Mumbai.

- Proven track record in project sales, preferably in elevators, lifts, building materials, or sports infrastructure.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to influence decision-makers and influence product specifications.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
