Business Manager - Partnerships Key Responsibilities: - Account Management & Engagement: Manage day-to-day business and relationships with key partners. Qualifications: - Significant experience in the financial industry or startups in sales & business development or product management. - Proven ability to strategize and execute with strong relationships in the relevant value chain/customer set. - Track record of achieving quantitative targets and building business relationships. - Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, and a strong team player. - Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. - Strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset. - Strong communication skills with the ability to express data-driven viewpoints and sell ideas internally and externally. - Analytical thinking, data-oriented decision-making, and dedication to operational efficiencies. Education: MBA from a premier institute with 2+ years of experience in relevant fields.
