Role Description – Business Manager, Marketing Services  Location - Bangalore  Designated role calls for individuals with a sound experience of at least 5 years in actively   - Engaging corporate customers to conceptualize,   - Design and execute direct marketing or   - BTL marketing programs such as   - Campaign management   - Lead generation programs   - Loyalty and CRM programs   - Database management   - Event management   - Activation.   The candidate is expected to have excellent communications skills and presentation skills.   The candidate will be required to interact with marketing heads and senior marketing professionals in this role.   Reporting to lead direct marketing, this candidate is expected to be a self-starter and will be operating on its own in a given region.  Key Responsibilities  - Engage marketing professionals in leading corporate who has direct or indirect need to innovatively reach out to end customers through direct marketing or BTL marketing mediums  - Own revenue targets for a given region by presenting monthly revenue forecasts and maintain steady revenue pipeline  - Actively source new business opportunities through identifying new business prospects particularly from the B2C focused industries such as FMCG, Consumer Durable, Brown Goods, Hospitality etc  - Liaise with operations team in arvato at different level of customer engagement for project/campaign fulfilment  - Responsible for working with management team and operations team to work out project price and customer estimates.   - Raise estimates to customers, ensure timely receipt of purchase orders, and ensure timely invoicing followed by collection of project fees.  Experience & Education Qualification Required  - The candidate is expected to have atleast 3 years of relevant work experience in direct marketing, CRM, loyalty management or Below-The-Line marketing solutions promotion.   - A post graduate degree in communications or management is preferred  Please send your resume to swetha_chaturvedi@kellyservices.co.in
