Business Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and own a loyalty program that customers love
- Create for cohort of customers who have never experienced a loyalty program
- Loyalty solution should aim for deeper sense of emotional connect and belongingness to the platform
- Facilitate a sense of pride; create solutions where the customers don't feel alone in the journey of transformation of Indian retail ecosystem
- Build a strong Kirana community who feels uplifted in the process in the partnering
- Conduct customer research; meet customers across different cities to understand the personal, professional and social needs of our customers.
- Design specific product capabilities and partnerships to meet the above identified needs.
- Evaluate possible external partnerships with relevant organizations/ businesses to meet the needs of the customers
- Differential experience will span across app, supply chain experience, customer support, fleet on street interactions, so and so forth.
- Ensure business viability of the program; evaluate budget requirements and back it up with impact on PnL
- Get things done by partnering with internal and external stakeholders and ensure smooth execution.
- Have fun while doing it and participate in the journey of transforming and making them future ready.
