Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee budgeting, vendor management, and performance metrics for IT operations and projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize ERP, CRM, and digital platforms.
- Identify and execute opportunities for automation, cost optimization, and process improvement.
- Ensure adherence to data security, IT governance, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Monitor emerging technologies and recommend solutions that enhance business performance.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of technology-driven initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 6-10 years of experience in IT Business Management, Digital Transformation, or Technology Strategy.
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM), cloud platforms, and ITIL frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
