Opening for Business Manager (Home Textile) for reputed buying house based in Bangalore.

Years of Experience: Minimum 12 years of total experience and at least 4 years of experience in a managerial role, with team of 4/5 people.

ROLE:

- Sales Revenue Generation Existing and prospective clients working with overseas sales offices.

- Product development and sourcing new suppliers, developing new ranges.

- Customer and factory management pricing/costing, communication, on time sampling, PD, merchandising, Bulk order management On time shipment, zero quality claims, Team Management monthly team meetings, mentoring.

Hard Skills:

- Product and process knowledge, Factory contacts in India Sub-continent, Cost awareness, Customer contacts, Design sensibility, Aware of Quality call outs and Compliance requirements of international market.
