Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the end-to-end E-commerce P&L, including revenue, margins, and cost optimization
- Lead growth across marketplaces website, ensuring strong brand positioning
- Build and execute Annual Operating Plan (AOP) aligned with business targets
- Drive merchandising strategy - assortment planning, pricing, discounting, and inventory turns
- Optimize category performance, sell-through, and product lifecycle management
- Plan and execute marketplace growth strategies including visibility, campaigns, and partnerships
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and brand teams to ensure seamless execution
- Analyze data across funnels (traffic, conversion, CAC, ROAS) to scale high-performing channels
- Own demand forecasting and inventory planning to minimize stock outs and overstock
- Identify new growth opportunities across channels, categories, and geographies
Job Requirements:
- MBA from a Premier B School
- At least 12 years experience in the Modern trade or FMCG industry is an advance.
- Fluent common both writing and spoken English and local language proficiency.
- Computer skill Ms. Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills are high priority.
