Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the overall D2C strategy to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, with an immediate goal of scaling to a monthly sales run rate of - 1 Crore, which would soon scale to - 3-5 crore.

- Business Management: Take complete ownership of the D2C channel, including day-to-day operations and managing the current volume of over 1,500 orders per day, with the goal of scaling this to 10x or 20x.

- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with in-house content creators and external agencies to ensure the brand's messaging, promotions, and customer communications are consistent and compelling.

- Tech & Tools Management: Identify, evaluate, and integrate the right platforms, tools, and technologies to optimize the D2C channel's efficiency and user experience.

- Growth & Optimization: Lead a continuous experimentation framework, testing new content, offers, and consumer cohorts to drive growth and improve key metrics.

- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve new challenges that arise as the business scales, using deep industry knowledge and practical experience.

Qualifications:

- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in managing and scaling a D2C business, with a proven track record of handling a monthly sales volume of at least - 3-5 Crores. Experience in the FMCG or personal care industry is a plus.

- Background: Candidates from D2C-first brands that have successfully scaled are preferred (e.g., The Whole Truth, True Elements, Two Brothers, etc.).

Skills:

- Strong strategic and analytical thinking.

- Deep understanding of the D2C ecosystem, including Shopify, CRM, and various marketing tools.

- Proven ability to manage high-volume daily order fulfillment.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Mindset: A hustler with a go-getter attitude and a strong bias for action. Must be a self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Operate with a strong sense of ownership and accountability, managing the P&L of the D2C business and driving growth without the need for constant supervision.
