We are looking for a Business Manager - CFO for a publicly listed company with a national presence, based at Gurgaon

Reports to : CFO

CTC : Industry Standards

Experience : 3 to 9+ yrs of exp, strong in Finance , analytics, & stakeholder management

Education : CA preferably with business analysis/corporate finance. MBA (Finance) ( Regular Only) with good analytical experience can also be considered

Knowledge Required : Finance

Skills / Competencies : Financial analysis , management reporting , soft skills

Working Conditions : Regular working hours ; 5 days a week.

KRA

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

- Preparing accurate and timely financial reports (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annual).

- Analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Assisting in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.

- Monitoring actual performance against budget and forecasts.

- Identifying and explaining budget variances.

Cost Management:

- Identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

- Tracking and analyzing key cost drivers.

- Implementing cost-saving initiatives.

Support for Strategic Initiatives:

- Providing financial analysis and support for strategic projects.

- Tracking the financial performance of strategic initiatives.

Operational Efficiency:

- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

- Ensuring the smooth functioning of financial operations.

- Supporting the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
