Business Manager -P&L role. Business 2 Business selling. KEY TASKS: - Complete P&L responsibility of the business unit - Leading the business unit, including all aspects of sales, customer processes, production, and delivery service - Ensuring that the financial metrics of growth and profitability are met - Managing the entire business unit including sales, service, HR, finance for the BU - implementing the company's values, mission, vision, and strategic choices - Preparing Annual plans - Developing and controlling sales and services according to the business concepts and model - Apart from the sales team, directly managing Key Accounts and customers incl. acquisition - While the role will be to profitably manage the business unit (Including teams in Sales, Service, Finance HR etc. of the unit), the incumbent will also be responsible to generate business from large customers. MUST HAVES: - Strong sales background experience - Preferably business leadership and financial management experience - A MBA or equivalent - Excellent communication skills - Experience in project management will be a big plus - Experience in Business to Business sales is important - Managed people directly - Not just sales but cross-functional experience preferred.
