About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to oversee, optimize, and manage our core business applications, with a strong focus on SAP and Salesforce platforms.

The ideal candidate will have solid functional and technical understanding of enterprise applications and strong business acumen to bridge technology with organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end management of business applications, primarily SAP and Salesforce, ensuring smooth operations, enhancements, and integrations.

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into system solutions, and drive application optimization.

- Oversee system configurations, upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance activities.

- Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure high-quality delivery of application services.

- Drive process improvements by leveraging application capabilities and recommending best practices.

- Manage issue resolution, troubleshoot system problems, and ensure minimal downtime across applications.

- Develop and maintain documentation, workflows, and end-user training materials.

- Ensure compliance, data integrity, and security across systems.

- Support digital transformation initiatives and participate in strategic planning for application roadmaps.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in managing business applications in mid to large-scale organizations.

- Strong hands-on and functional expertise in SAP (any key modules) and Salesforce ecosystems.

- Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams and translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Strong understanding of business processes across functions (e.g., Sales, Finance, Operations, HR).

- Experience in overseeing integrations, application performance, and system scalability
