Job Responsibilities:
Branch & Sales Management:
- Oversee complete business operations of the branch with full accountability.
- Forecast and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Drive sales strategies to maximize revenue from primary and secondary sales.
- Ensure effective execution of marketing activities, dealer schemes, and promotional campaigns.
Market Development:
- Plan and execute sales promotions and brand-building activities.
- Map target customers and plan market development initiatives.
- Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to improve market share.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, guide, and motivate Area Managers, Sales Promoters, and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure high performance and achievement of targets across the team.
Channel & Customer Management:
- Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with financially strong and reliable channel partners.
- Resolve service-related issues by coordinating with the branch service team.
- Drive deeper market penetration and explore new sales channels for expansion.
Operations & Logistics:
- Ensure cost-effective logistics and smooth material movement across channels.
- Maintain sufficient stock levels at each sales outlet/distribution point.
- Ensure timely collection of payments as per company policies.
Financial Management:
- Take ownership of branch P&L and ensure profitability.
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost efficiency across operations.
