Description:
- Overseeing complete business operations of the branch with accountability, forecasting monthly, quarterly & annual Sales targets & executing them
- Driving sales strategies for attainment of periodical targets with a view to optimize revenue from primary as well as secondary sales
- Ensuring effective implementation of marketing activities & dealer schemes
- Conducting and organizing sales promotional activities as a part of brand building and market development effort by mapping the target customers
- Managing cross functional teams of Service, logistics & Commercial and keeping an account of the P & L of the branch
- Liaison with branch service team and resolving service related issues
- Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach
