We are hiring for one of the Top MNC in Mumbai for Business management Role. Please find below the JD. Exp : 2-6yrs Domain needed : BFSI/Banking and Financial Services. - Analytical support for COO and BM Community in order to plan and implement strategy for the business - Preparation of Senior management MI spanning across revenue, cost and headcount. - Presentations for senior management on business performance for decision-making - Manage revenue requests by desk heads, trading COOs, transfer pricing, audit team, etc. - Assist in management/ governance of headcount. This involves reporting, budgeting and forecasting headcount as well as implementing DB people related initiatives. - Work in close coordination with senior Business Managers across products to cater to business requirements - Support strategic business plans, management initiatives, forums, and presentations - Assisting with Promotion Cycle - Assisting with annual employee, Graduate and Summer Interns programs - Extensive support on expense analysis and cost reduction initiatives - Assist in the management of Infrastructure costs and allocations. - Monitor and review run-rate analysis, Monthly Rolling Forecast, Plan - Assist in coordinating activities and extensive analytical support during strategic planning process and other deliverables - Collation and provision of information for internal and external presentations as required by Senior Management - Compliance and Audit projects - Develop, UAT &amp; sign-offs for revenue tool - Structuring Blotter- which has deal-level revenues generated &amp; pipeline - Required to undertake special project work as requested and on an ad-hoc basis
