Business Leader - Venture Capital/Private Equity - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS/CA

Position Overview:

Partner with the family office of one of India's most professionally-run FMCG giants. Spearhead their Ventures team to identify high-potential investments, partner hands-on with founders/CEOs, and drive portfolio growth at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities across sectors

- Partner directly with founders, CEOs, and portfolio leadership teams

- Drive operational growth, scaling, and value creation in investments

Target Profiles (Senior Leaders):

1. Business Leaders

- Proven P&L ownership with strong sales/marketing track record

- PE/VC exposure in opportunity identification and portfolio execution

2. Finance + Business Leaders

- PE/VC/Investment banking professionals with sharp financial acumen

- Hands-on experience partnering with promoters/CEOs to scale post-investment

Core Requirements:

- Strategic vision combined with operational execution capability

- Ability to influence and partner with diverse leadership teams

Qualifications: Post-Graduation compulsory (MBA/CA) from IIM, ISB, MDI, FMS, or Chartered Accountancy

Location: PAN India (Primary hubs: Mumbai/NCR/Bangalore)

Experience: 12+ years in leadership roles
