About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Leader to drive our Tech Assets product business and AI strategy. This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of product innovation, business growth, and artificial intelligence. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision, entrepreneurial drive, and operational excellence to scale our product offerings, lead market expansion, and build a world-class team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Growth

- Define and execute the product roadmap for Tech Assets and AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term goals.

- Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in emerging technology and AI ecosystems.

2. Business Development & Partnerships

- Lead initiatives to uncover new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and potential investment avenues.

- Drive go-to-market strategies to accelerate product adoption and business growth.

3. Entrepreneurial & Strategic Leadership

- Act as a catalyst for innovation-translating ideas into scalable, AI-driven solutions.

- Work closely with the leadership team to shape the organization's AI and tech product vision.

4. Team Building & Leadership

- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product and delivery team.

- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.

5. Client Engagement & Delivery Excellence

- Oversee client engagements to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.

- Strengthen client relationships and identify opportunities for value expansion.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with technology, product, and business teams to take products from concept to market.

- Ensure seamless integration of AI initiatives within broader organizational priorities.

Key Requirements

- Proven experience in product leadership roles, preferably within AI, technology assets, or enterprise solutions.

- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of scaling products or business lines.

- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.

- Hands-on experience in business development, client engagement, and delivery management.

- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

- Based in India and willing to work closely with Co-Founders to drive the company's growth agenda.
