Business Leader - P&L - B2B SaaS

About the Role:

This is not a traditional administrative or chief-of-staff Founder's Office position.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, high-ownership leader to operate as a Mini-GM, working directly alongside the founders.

In this role, you will take direct ownership of business unit growth, revenue metrics, P&L performance, and high-impact strategic initiatives.

If you are an ex-founder or an experienced Founder's Office operator who thrives on building systems from 0 - 1 and scaling them from 1 - N, this role is built for you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue & P&L Ownership:

- Drive core business metrics, taking full accountability for unit revenue targets, growth strategy, and P&L performance.

2. B2B SaaS Growth:

- Build, manage, and accelerate the B2B SaaS sales pipeline, strategic partnerships, and enterprise deal execution.

3. 0 - 1 & 1 - Scale Initiatives:

- Identify critical business bottlenecks, design solutions, and independently lead cross-functional execution across Sales, Product, Operations, and Growth teams.

4. Operational AI & Automation:

- Leverage modern AI workflows and automation tools to streamline business processes and enhance operational speed.

Must-Have Requirements:

1. Experience:

- Overall 5 - 7 years of experience within high-growth Tech Product companies.

2. Founder/Operator Background:

- Proven track record as an Ex-Founder or 1 - 2+ years of experience in a Founder's Office role.

3. B2B Sales Exposure:

- 1 - 2 years of direct experience in B2B SaaS sales or revenue-generating roles.

4. Education & Pedigree:

- MBA from a Tier-1 institution or a strong track record at elite tech organizations.

5. Technical & AI Mindset:

- Strong analytical framework with hands-on experience applying AI workflows and automation tools to solve complex business problems.
