What You'll Own:

- Supply Mapping Onboard large suppliers for real-time pricing on bulk and packed solvents.

- Transaction Execution Run a smooth back-to-back trading model-buyer places order, supplier dispatches.

- Industry Expansion Grow in Paints, Ink, and Pharma sectors-from small to large clients.

- Risk Management Stick to the zero-inventory model. No dead stock. No price exposure.

Role Overview:

As the Industrial Solvents-Lead, you will be at the forefront of our industrial solvents business, driving growth and ensuring customer satisfaction across various industries. Your day-to-day will involve managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and providing technical expertise to clients. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to optimize our product offerings and market strategies. Ultimately, your efforts will directly impact our revenue growth, market share, and the success of our clients' operations by providing them with the best solvent solutions available.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share for industrial solvents across assigned territories.

- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, understanding their specific needs and providing tailored solvent solutions to optimize their processes and reduce costs.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by conducting market research, prospecting potential clients, and presenting the value proposition of our industrial solvent portfolio.

- Provide technical support and expertise to clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring the safe and effective use of our solvent products.

- Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of solvent products, managing inventory levels and optimizing logistics to meet customer demands.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and challenges, adapting strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management, providing insights into performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies for industrial solvents, driving revenue growth and expanding market share.

- Proven expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong technical knowledge of industrial solvents, their applications, and safety regulations, with the ability to provide technical support and expertise to clients.

- Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and challenges, adapting strategies accordingly.

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

- Adaptable to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines effectively.
