Description:

- Lead and oversee end-to-end project delivery across multiple IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and PMO standards.

- Define, implement, and manage PMO processes, governance frameworks, and reporting structures.

- Manage project portfolios covering EHR/EMR system implementations (e.g., Greenway Intergy, HST Pathways), infrastructure modernization, and cloud adoption (Azure).

- Collaborate with IT, business, and vendor teams to ensure successful project execution, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.

- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and communication strategies.

- Oversee change management and ensure project documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory and organizational standards.

- Facilitate stakeholder communication by translating complex technical concepts into actionable project insights and executive updates.

- Monitor and report on key project metrics, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of issues.

- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and transparency within the PMO.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5-7 years of experience in IT Project Management, with at least 3+ years in a PMO-driven healthcare or enterprise environment.

- Strong understanding of EHR/EMR systems such as Greenway Intergy and HST Pathways.

- Proven experience managing projects related to infrastructure modernization, networking, cloud (Azure), and SSO/SAML integrations.

- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and convert technical concepts into clear, actionable project strategies.

- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet).

- Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

- PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP certification.

- Experience working in healthcare IT or regulated environments (HIPAA, HITECH).

- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

- Background in business process improvement and governance frameworks.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
