Description of Responsibility

1. Business Strategy:

- Develop and execute the company's strategic vision and business plan to obtain corporate goal

- Identify new revenue streams, market opportunities, and expansion strategies

- Align business goals with government policies, sustainability goals, and industry trends

2. Business Operations:

- Monitor production, operations & maintenance of the Wind Power Plant

- Ensure operational efficiency, reducing production costs while maximizing output.

- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards

- Maintain and analyze reports and records

3. Business Development & Project Pipeline:

- Lead site identification, feasibility studies, wind resource assessment, and land acquisition.

- Oversee permitting, grid connectivity, environmental clearance, and other pre-construction activities.

- Build and maintain relationships with government authorities, OEMs, EPC contractors, and financing institutions.

4. Financial Management:

- Drive financial planning, budgeting, and profitability analysis.

- Secure investments and financing from group companies, venture capitalist, banks and government grants.

- Monitor market pricing, cost structures, and financial risks to ensure sustainable growth.

5. Market & Regulatory Compliance:

- Stay updated on industry regulations, renewable energy policies, and carbon credit opportunities.

- Engage with policymakers and industry associations to influence favorable regulations.

- Ensure all operations comply with environmental and safety laws.

6. Stakeholder management:

- Cross-functional collaboration within the organization

- Forge and sustain robust partnerships with vendors and customers

- Collaboration with different government and non-government entities.

7. Team Leadership & Organizational Growth:

- Build and lead a high-performing team across business functions

- Foster a culture of innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence

- Develop talent retention strategies to ensure the long-term success of the organization.
