Business Head - Water Projects

ROLE MANDATE:

- Own the full irrigation projects business from conceptualisation and DPR preparation through tendering, project acquisition, execution, and revenue collection.

- Build, structure, and lead the entire projects team including onboarding BD/Licensing executives, procurement leads, execution managers, and legal support as the business scales.

- Manage government and regulatory stakeholder relationships irrigation authorities, state water boards, rural agencies, and local community interfaces.

- Identify which states and project corridors to prioritise and develop a phased entry strategy.

- Drive growth in non-subsidy, EPC-model revenue supporting the company's strategic shift away from subsidy dependent business.
