With talented design and engineering teams we are looking for an experienced and future ready business head who has the tenacity and foresight to build the organisation further.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Governance, Risk & Profitability Management:

- Monitor: Self owned

- Project-level profitability, identify margin leakages, and implement corrective actions proactively.

- Accountability across teams by linking performance to profitability and financial outcomes.

- Oversee: Manager - owned by Sr. Finance Manager

- Disciplined budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control practices to ensure financial sustainability.

- Ensure all proposals, estimates, and commercial agreements follow sound financial logic and protect company margins.

- Improve cash flow predictability through better invoicing cycles, client communication, and internal coordination.

- Track: Self owned

- Build early-warning systems for financial and operational risks; escalate and address issues before they impact business health.

- Own project-level and portfolio-level profitability through accurate estimation, budgeting, margin mapping, forecasting, and disciplined financial controls. Work closely with finance to ensure billing accuracy, healthy cash flows, and on-time collections.

2. Revenue Growth & Client Expansion: Sales and outreach (Can be co-owned):

- Plan: Consolidate existing portfolio offerings and map them to market and vertical opportunities. We have experience in more than 5 large-scale sectors and over 20 industries, that indicate diversity and experience. The goal is to package this experience and map it to the market opportunities.

- Build: Using lean AI tools, build a sales pipeline to reach out to potential businesses that are a good match for Spinachs portfolio. Regularly reach out in a systematic manner to build, manage and mature the pipeline.

- Upsell: Understand the business requirements of the company, and identify in-sales opportunities that existing clients might provide.

- Growth: Based on market sentiment and response from outreach, inform the Spinach business regarding potential growth opportunities, changes required in talent, sales, marketing etc.

- Oversee: Owned by a marketing person

A growth manager should be able to take informed decisions to guide the marketing activities that lead to stronger market presence for growth.

3. Delivery Oversight and Stakeholder Management (Co-owned):

This role requires independently managing some client accounts through timely communication, disciplined project management, and proactive coordination across internal teams. The business head must also demonstrate sound judgment in handling sensitive stakeholders, ensuring trust, clarity, and alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.

4. Related Team Enablement:

Based on the clients assigned, internally set KPIs, monitor performance, and promote a culture of ownership and transparency.
