Major Roles & Responsibilities: - Responsible for business development ,monitoring of performance of the sales team to ensure growth in business volume through providing proper guidance and motivation. - Built the TMT Business Marketplace for JSW One. - Develop brand image and position the product in the market. - Communication across all customer touch-points though dearer distributors network. - Coordination with the Production team for production planning according to demand. Requirement : - Sales & Marketing experience in TMT and Heavy structure. - Good technical knowledge of product composition. - Knowledge of dealing with multiple products and depots. - Good negotiation skills. - Must be able to perform market research and develop marketing strategy with maximum customer and dealer satisfaction. - Researching consumer markets, monitoring market trends and identifying potential areas in which to invest, based upon consumer needs and spending habits. - Track marketing parameters such as pricing, distribution, and POS to assist in better positioning - Industry: Iron and Steel
