About the Role:

We are seeking Business Heads to drive growth across multiple Technical Textile verticals, taking full P&L ownership while managing suppliers, customers, and business expansion in both domestic and international markets. This is a senior leadership role, best suited for experienced professionals with proven expertise in textiles, trading, and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end P&L, sales, margins, and collections.

- Drive business growth, new opportunities, and global expansion.

- Build and strengthen supplier and dealer networks (India & Overseas).

- Partner with Product Development & R&D to drive innovation and new product launches.

- Oversee and guide sourcing, quality, and operations teams.

- Establish long-term strategies for market competitiveness and sustainability.

Requirements

- 10 to 25 years of experience in Technical Textiles / Trading / Manufacturing.

- Proven track record in Sales, Business Development, and P&L management.

- Deep technical and product knowledge in at least one of the listed textile verticals.

- Strong supplier and vendor networks (domestic and global).

- Demonstrated leadership managing cross-functional teams.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive growth in competitive markets.
