Key Responsibilities:
- P&L Ownership: Full responsibility for the Cable & Digital TV segment's Profit & Loss, driving topline growth and bottom-line performance.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing regional and zonal sales teams across geographies to achieve business objectives.
- AOP Execution: Drive the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) by aligning sales strategies with company goals and executing through cross-functional teams.
- Cost Management: Implement cost-efficient practices in sales operations without compromising on customer acquisition or service quality.
- Attrition Management: Build a robust employee engagement and retention framework to minimize attrition and foster a stable, motivated workforce.
- Team Motivation: Cultivate a performance-driven culture through clear KPIs, reward systems, and ongoing training & development.
- Churn Management: Reduce customer churn by proactively addressing service gaps, improving customer satisfaction, and strengthening long-term relationships.
- Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets for broadband growth.
- Customer Focus: Maintain a customer-first mindset, ensuring high satisfaction scores through consistent service delivery and problem resolution.
