We are hiring for a global materials science-driven textile company focused on engineered and technical fabrics.

We are looking for an experienced and commercially strong Business Head to lead the Home Textile business with complete ownership across sales, sourcing, business growth, and global account management.

This is a strategic leadership role requiring strong expertise in home textiles, technical fabrics, global retail supply chains, sourcing operations, and international business development, particularly across US markets.

The ideal candidate should possess strong exposure to engineered fabrics, product innovation, sourcing ecosystems, and customer relationship management within the global home textile industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive overall sales, sourcing, and business growth for the Home Textile division.

- Own and manage complete P&L responsibility including revenue growth, profitability, and business expansion.

- Lead strategic account management and strengthen relationships with global clients, retailers, buying houses, and sourcing partners.

- Drive business development initiatives across US markets and international retail supply chains.

- Lead product strategy and category development across FR (Fire Retardant), antimicrobial, sustainable, and engineered fabric segments.

- Collaborate closely with R&D, sourcing, supply chain, and manufacturing teams for product innovation and execution.

- Identify emerging market trends, customer requirements, and new business opportunities within the global home textile ecosystem.

- Drive sourcing optimization, vendor management, cost efficiencies, and operational excellence.

- Manage product development cycles, commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, and customer approvals.

- Lead business planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management initiatives.

- Ensure strong alignment between product innovation, sourcing capabilities, and customer expectations.

- Build and mentor high-performing teams across sales, sourcing, and business operations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 10+ years of experience in Home Textiles with strong exposure across Sales and Sourcing functions.

- Strong experience working with US clients and global retail supply chains.

- Expertise in Technical Textiles, Engineered Fabrics, and Performance Fabric categories.

- Strong understanding of FR, antimicrobial, sustainable, and specialty textile products.

- Experience handling international business development and global customer relationships.

- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in P&L management and strategic business growth.

- Strong sourcing, supply chain, and vendor management capabilities.

- Excellent leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

- Ability to drive innovation, scalability, and operational excellence within high-growth business environments
